1. Select Printing Material
First step is to decide your printing material for labels - paper, card stock or sticker labels. Paper can be taped onto box; card stock can slide into plastic pouches attached to boxes.
3. Customize Your Template
In the near future, you'll have the option to personalize the template to meet your specific requirements. However, for now, simply choose from our pre-built templates, taking into consideration the available layout designs and, most importantly, the number of labels you need for each box. You can opt for one label per tote, perhaps two (one for the top and one for the side), or our recommended choice—five labels in total (one for the top and one for each of the four sides)

Printing your own labels using our free-printing options allows you to choose your design, based on label sizes you like or already have on hand and to customize the specific number of labels you want to have per box for easy viewing no matter how the box is packed or stored.
Below are some popular options found at your local retailer or on Amazon*. You can also use clear-view pouches and slide in plain paper or card-stock printed as labels.
